Strata Finance Limited is a related trading business of Sterling Capital Reserve Limited (company number 03849009), Corporate Finance Advisers based at Sterling House, Unit 5 Wheatcroft Business Park, Landmere Lane, Edwalton, Nottingham NG12 4DG. The two companies share premises, personnel and back-office infrastructure. Where regulated corporate finance advisory activity is referenced in connection with your enquiry, that activity may be carried out by Sterling Capital Reserve Limited rather than Strata Finance Limited.
