Investment opportunities are shown in the deals section. All these deals are property based and in all cases an offer of formal security is included, typically a second charge behind the bank lender.
If you are interested in a specific deal, then assuming you are registered with us, full details of the client and the property will be provided which will allow you to make a final decision. If you wish to commit to a deal then initially contact us confirming the amount youa re willing to lend and the rate of interest you will be expecting to receive.
We would then liaise with the borrower and if your terms are agreed in principle then we arrange a formal meeting to allow for detailed negotiations to take place.
